1. Payment and Refund Eligibility

  • All payments for subscription plans or job posting packages are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable once the service access or job posting period has started.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake.
  • Service was not delivered due to a technical failure on our side.
  • Cancellation requests received within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, before service activation.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be reviewed by our support team within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments for services already fully rendered (e.g., completed job postings, consumed subscription period).
  • Partial refunds for unused service portions are not provided.
